Projects begin once a written agreement and applicable deposit are received. Scope changes are handled via change requests and may affect time and cost.

Fees are specified in project agreements. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest to the extent permitted by Sri Lankan law.

We warrant reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss up to the total fees paid for the relevant service.
